Superlanet is seeking a HRIS Solutions Developer - Boomi/UKG for a healthcare organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and Boomi integrations, supporting system configuration, maintenance, optimization, and integrations across the HRIS environment. This is a direct hire, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain UKG WFM, including timekeeping, pay rules, time-off policies, scheduling, analytics, Data Hub, and productivity functionality.
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Boomi integrations supporting UKG and other enterprise applications.
- Support APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, data mappings, transformations, and cloud connectors.
- Manage UKG releases, system updates, security, testing, and production migrations.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, operational teams, and vendors on system enhancements and projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow established change management and CAB processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) configuration and technical experience.
- 5+ years of Boomi integration development and support experience.
- Strong experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience.
- UKG and/or Boomi certifications.
- Experience with Python, Workday Studio, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of ERP/HRIS ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
- PMP certification.
