Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote opportunity with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have substantial build experience in Epic Prelude (registration), Cadence (scheduling) applications, and RTE (real-time eligibility), supporting complex projects, break/fix escalations, and system optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in the following applications: Cadence, Prelude, RTE

  • Decision Tree Badge or advanced build experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field – or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of proven success supporting Epic Prelude/Cadence in a healthcare environment.

  • Strong understanding of patient registration, scheduling, and real-time eligibility throughout workflows.

  • Background in enterprise Epic implementations or upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Welcome experience is highly preferred.

  • Referrals & Authorizations certification or experience preferred.

  • Grand Central experience a plus

  • 5–7 years of Epic experience with demonstrated project leadership.

  • Previous experience with online scheduling functionality.
