MEP ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the construction site.
Develop detailed MEP designs and specifications for the renovation project.
Design, install, and oversee HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
Plan and implement electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and backup power solutions.
Design and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Candidate Profile
Degreein Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an electrical engineer
Working with minimum supervision
Willingness to travel and work at different locations as required.
