HR Executive

 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process of medical and non-medical staff, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.

     

  • Conduct HR onboarding and induction covering company policies and procedures.

     

  • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records and support duty rosters for medical and clinical teams.

     

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs, verifying attendance, overtime, allowances and coordinating with statutory requirements.

     

  • Coordinate and facilitate Learning & Development programs, including mandatory and ongoing training relating to patient safety, clinical procedure, and role-specific training.

     

  • Coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, probation reviews, annual appraisals, and employee development activities.

     

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives to enhance employee experience and strengthen employee engagement.

     

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine employee matters, providing support on HR policies, employee welfare, grievances, and workplace-related concerns.

     

  • Maintain and update employee information and HR records in HR systems.

     

  • Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, attendance, leave, turnover, recruitment, training, and medical credential status.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a healthcare institution, hospitality, or premium service environment.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and Sri Lankan employment practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and follow-up.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium healthcare environment and manage both medical and non-medical staff requirement.
