Job Responsibilities
Reduce maintenance (MNT) costs through effective maintenance practices.
Carry out modifications and improvements to increase plant capacity and efficiency.
Maintain adequate spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for engineering crew to enhance technical skills.Attend to plant breakdowns promptly and ensure quick restoration of operations
Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and productivity.
Person’s Profile
Bachelors or NDT in the field of Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification from a recognized University
Knowledge on preventive and corrective maintenance and condition based monitoring activities
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
Ability on weekly/ daily maintenance planning and identify specifications of engineering spares
- Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
