We are looking for women currently pursuing an Engineering degree to join RISE, Recruiting and Inspiring Superior Engineers, our Engineering Internship Program within Completion Services in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

RISE provides hands-on experience and broad exposure to the business through job rotations across different areas within Completion Services, allowing participants to gain in different processes and operational activities throughout their journey in the program.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the RISE Program through job rotations across Quality and Continuous Improvement, Completion Tool Operations and Maintenance, Projects and Technology, Logistics and Inventory, and Sales, where applicable.
  2. Understand and comply with Superior Energy Services’ standards, policies, and procedures, including applicable HSEQ requirements and guidelines.
  3. Support activities related to quality, continuous improvement, and process control, contributing to document and record organization and the identification of improvement opportunities.
  4. Observe and support activities related to the maintenance, testing, and organization of Completion tools and equipment.
  5. Support logistics and inventory activities, including material handling, inventory control, equipment preparation, and logistics processes.
  6. Participate in Projects and Technology activities, supporting the review of operational sequences, pre-job and post-job meetings, technical controls, and the preparation of documentation related to completion operations.
  7. Support Sales and Business Development activities, where applicable, including information management, proposals, and CRM updates.
  8. Deliver periodic presentations on the processes and activities experienced throughout the program, including continuous improvement proposals.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Fluent English.
  • Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Spanish is considered a plus.
  • Power BI knowledge is desirable.
