Wood Violet Recovery is hiring a fully-licensed Therapist to join our residential behavioral health team. Our therapists work with adults receiving treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions in a voluntary, low-acuity residential setting.

Rather than moving from appointment to appointment all day, you'll have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with clients throughout their stay, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual counseling to adults receiving mental health and/or substance use treatment.
• Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, behavioral health, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help clients develop skills that support recovery and long-term stability.

What You'll Bring

• Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license required.
• At least 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
