Group Therapist - LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT Required

Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Raymond, IL, Lincoln Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.

We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring

• Active IL license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
