Facilities Maintenance Tech - Sunday-Thursday

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Every Friday & Saturday OFF!

Wood Violet Recovery is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential treatment facility, equipment, and grounds safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing things, working with their hands, keeping a property in good condition, and helping a team keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

 What You'll Do:

• Complete maintenance work orders safely, accurately, and on time.
• Work with maintenance lead and other departments to schedule and prioritize repairs.
• Keep the building, equipment, grounds, and common areas safe, clean, and in good working condition.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance.
• Perform basic repairs, janitorial work, and groundskeeping as needed.
• Complete light pool maintenance, including cleaning, basic upkeep, and checking water conditions.
• Respond to maintenance issues.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, custodial, groundskeeping, construction, or other hands-on experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• A minimum of 1 year of sobriety if in recovery.
