Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Receive customer garments and accurately enter and prepare orders for the processing facility.
- Check completed orders when they return from processing and load them onto the conveyor.
- Handle customer garments carefully and pay close attention to detail.
- Communicate positively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
- Proactively address customer concerns and follow through until each issue is resolved.
- Perform basic daily computer tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
