The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for helping produce and prepare our high-performance hydraulic cartridge valves for our customers. Depending on the department, this position may perform assembly, testing, packing, inspection, material handling, shipping, or other production activities. No prior manufacturing experience is required; we provide training to help you learn the job and be successful.
Duties/Responsibilities
Assemble, test, inspect, pack, or prepare products according to established instructions.
Operate basic production equipment and tools after receiving proper training.
Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Package products and prepare materials for shipment when assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete required paperwork and/or computer system entries.
Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to handle parts, tools, and materials.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials as required for the assigned work area.
Ability to perform repetitive movements.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Physical requirements may vary depending on the assigned department.
