About this role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 1–3 years of experience to own the onboarding journey for new customers at SuiteOp, a fast-growing property operations platform serving hospitality operators across thousands of units. You'll be a foundational member of the Customer Success team, guiding customers from contract signing through go-live while building scalable onboarding systems powered by AI. This is a rare early seat at a seed-stage startup that tripled revenue in 2024 and is on track for $5M ARR in 2025. If you love helping customers succeed, thrive in fast-moving environments, and believe AI makes great operators unstoppable — this is your role.

What will you be doing?

Own the full onboarding lifecycle from contract to go-live — running kickoff calls, configuration, training, and launch for new customers

Build and iterate on onboarding playbooks, project plans, and documentation using AI-assisted tools to create a repeatable, scalable motion

Capture customer insights and surface structured, actionable feedback to the Engineering team — synthesizing patterns across accounts using Claude and internal tooling

Monitor customer health signals, proactively remove blockers, and ensure customers complete onboarding confident and ready to succeed

Partner with the Customer Success & Solutions Lead to continuously improve processes and develop onboarding content (guides, videos, templates) at speed using AI
