Sales Associate / Front Desk Associate
StretchLab – El Segundo, CA 90245
StretchLab is looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Associate to join our El Segundo studio. We are a high-energy, community-driven wellness brand helping clients move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and being part of a fast-paced fitness/wellness environment.
Compensation
- $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
- Commission on membership sales
- Performance bonuses
- Opportunities for growth into senior sales or management roles
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Drive membership sales through lead follow-up, tours, and closing
- Book intro sessions and maintain a strong appointment pipeline
- Answer membership, pricing, and service questions
- Deliver excellent customer service to new and current members
- Assist with studio cleanliness and daily front desk operations
- Support community events and local outreach initiatives
- Use ClubReady or similar software for scheduling and member management
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable with closing
- Professional in person, on the phone, and via email
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; ClubReady experience is a plus
- Previous sales, fitness, wellness, or front desk experience preferred
- Fluent in English
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to hear clearly in person and by phone
- Ability to climb stairs if needed
