About this role

Are you a natural leader who loves organizing people and systems just as much as you love cats?

Come join Stray Cat Alliance and help run the day-to-day operations of our busy, shelter medicine and public low cost clinic. This isn't your typical practice manager job. You'll support a team treating thousands of cats and kittens each year, all while helping us stay true to our mission of advocating for every cat's right to be safe, healthy and valued.

We love leaders who are organized, calm under pressure, and excited to build strong systems and strong teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing a veterinary or animal care clinic, preferably with shelter medicine experience
  • Strong management and team-building skills
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Someone who genuinely loves cats

Why you'll love it here:

You get paid to help build something that saves lives. You get to lead a team doing meaningful, hands-on work. You get to help shape how a growing clinic runs. You get to make a difference every single day.

All applicants who are offered employment with Stray Cat Alliance will be subjected to a check of their background either by the Company or a third party vendor. As such, applicants and employees may be subject to a consumer report or investigative consumer report. The Company will review the relevant background information to select and retain the most qualified employees with the end goal of maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This policy applies to the criminal history screening of prospective and current employees.

Stray Cat Alliance will conduct all third party background checks in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), other applicable federal and state laws, and Company procedures.
