About this role
Stratton Amenities is hiring professional Valet Drivers to support luxury residential high-rises and hospitality properties in Chicago.
This role requires speed, awareness, and a strong hospitality presence. You are responsible for delivering a consistent, polished arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests promptly and professionally
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles with efficiency and care
- Manage traffic flow and vehicle staging during peak times
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and property standards
- Communicate clearly with team members and property staff
- Accurately manage keys, tickets, and logs
- Uphold presentation and service standards at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of valet experience required
- Must know how to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments
Work Schedule
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts required
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay range: $17–$18 per hour
