Dedicated Client Business Specialist

Our firm is searching for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated, outgoing, and committed to providing excellent service to our clients. As part of the sales account team, this individual will be responsible for preparing quotes and maintaining relationships with OEMs and clients.
Summary
This role owns their book of business on behalf of the sales team following the Deals Desk Review process on every transaction, keeping clean data in the systems on behalf of the Sales Representatives, and developing the processes and procedures that fit each client's needs. Success in this role means building and maintaining strong relationships with key outside stakeholders inclusive of partners and working in tandem with your named Sales Representative.

This role supports a named outside seller across many clients to serve as the end-to-end point of contact.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Operations
- Partner with Solution Architects and named Account Manager to deliver IT solutions for clients.
- Manage the sales order process end-to-end (Quote to Cash): deal registration for various OEMs, quote creation, multi-location logistics, pipeline management, and pricing strategy based on stock levels and promotions.
- Follow the Compliance Deals Desk Review process and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM/ERP system while developing processes and procedures tailored to each client's needs.
- Administer warranty expirations/renewals and license management (usage reports/invoices).
- Resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data through applied analytics.
- Participate in training; achieve certifications on an as needed basis.
- Self-sufficient, resourceful, works independently, collaborates to drive efficiency, and takes ownership of getting things done.
Services Operations
- Route incoming Professional Services or Managed Services requests.
- Understand services order setup and billing needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to reprioritize throughout the day.
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; works well independently or on a team.
- Understanding of the VAR landscape and desire to learn IT products/services.
- Owns their role and helps own the sales team's business.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Some college preferred. +5 years work experience supporting enterprise clients in an IT environment is a strong plus.
BUSINESS HOURS
Traditional business hours (Central Standard Time), however, flexibility is required during peak times and seasons.
