What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and mentor a team of talented technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales, shop performance, and customer satisfaction
- Own KPIs, staffing decisions, and revenue targets
- Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-first shop culture
