THE ROLE
StorageMart's marketing team runs on data, and we need someone who can turn it into a story. As our Marketing Analytics Lead, you'll own GA4, GTM/GTG, attribution, and dashboarding for the entire marketing department, and help translate data for our SEO, paid media, and brand teams.
We're looking for a marketing-fluent analyst, not a traditional BI or business analyst hire (ie: someone who has worked inside marketing, not just reported on them from the outside). You'll report directly to the SVP of Marketing and serve as the analytics backbone for the whole department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own GA4, GTG/GTM across all digital properties: tracking, tagging, QA, and be the product owner of all marketing data used within the company.
• Build and evolve attribution models that show how each channel (organic, paid, social, email, phone, AI-referred) actually drives reservations and rentals.
• Design dashboards (Tableau or similar) that give channel leads and senior leadership real, timely visibility into performance. (BI and Data Engineering teams will support your design requirements)
• Partner directly with our SEO, paid media, and brand/content teams, turning data into channel-specific recommendations they can act on.
• Champion the use of AI-assisted analysis within the marketing function, developing methodologies that make marketing data faster to digest and easier for SMEs to act on.
• Run regular data quality audits and deliver clear, action-oriented performance reports to marketing leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 3–5+ years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or marketing operations, with direct ownership of analytics.
• Hands-on experience working inside SEO, paid media, or content marketing (non-negotiable: we need someone who's lived in marketing).
• Deep GA4 and GTM expertise: event schema design, custom dimensions, cross-domain tracking, trigger logic, and QA.
• A track record building dashboards (Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI) that non-technical stakeholders actually understand.
• Deep understanding of data foundations in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta) and SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Conductor).
• Strong communicator who can translate complex data into plain-language recommendations for channel experts and executives alike.
BONUS POINTS
• Experience with call tracking and multi-channel lead attribution (e.g., CallRail).
• Familiarity with AI search and generative engine optimization (GEO) measurement.
