Position: Trade Customer Service Administrator (Business to Business) - UK and Rest of World

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands

Salary: £27,491 per annum

Permanent, office based – 35 hours per week

As our UK and Rest of World Trade Customer Service Administrator (B2B), you'll be the central point of contact for our UK Trade dealers, Local Authorities and Rest Of World dealers, managing the ‘order to invoice’ journey from enquiry through to successful, accurate completion.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Business Development Managers, Warehouse, Technical Support, Finance and our overseas factory to keep every order and export request on track.

This role sits at the heart of a busy, deadline driven international B2B sales operation you'll spend most of your day working through our sales order processing system, email and cross-department coordination, delivering the best possible customer experience for dealers and Local Authorities throughout their customer order journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acknowledge and process every order promptly and accurately, within target, keeping our Business to Business (B2B) customers reassured and in the loop.

  • Manage and progress every order from receipt through to invoicing, staying on top of any issues before they arise.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for the orders you're handling, coordinating with the right people to keep things moving smoothly.

  • Produce clear, accurate KPI reporting for Local Authority contracts, helping us demonstrate great service and stay compliant.

  • Coordinate warranty cases with our Trade Technical Support team, processing warranty orders correctly and promptly.

  • Progressing enquiries, orders and export requirements to successful completion, working closely with Operations, Business Development Managers, Warehouse, Technical Support, Finance and our overseas factory

  • Liaise with carriers to arrange export shipments, with preparation of export documentation where required.

  • Working as part of a small, busy team who keep the customer experience consistently excellent.

What You'll Bring (essential)

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced business-to-business (B2B) sales administration or similar role

  • Hands-on experience using an ERP system for sales order processing (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Oracle etc)

  • Demonstrable sales order processing experience within a B2B environment working collaboratively with internal operations, finance and logistics teams

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise a busy, deadline-driven workload

  • High attention to detail across every task, big or small

  • Confident, customer-focused communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport

  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset, someone who takes ownership of an issue and sees it through to resolution

  • Fully IT proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

What will set you apart (desirable NOT essential)

  • Understanding of export terminology and documentation

  • Working knowledge of Local Authority and Disabled Facilities Grant processes

  • Good geographical knowledge relevant to UK and International deliveries
