What you bring to SBHG:

Education

  • Master's degree in a social science field plus at least eight (8) years of experience in a behavioral health field including two (2) years in a leadership role; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus at least ten (10) years of experience in a behavioral health field including two (2) years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in community-based mental health care highly desired.

License or Certification

  • Licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LCSW preferred, plus two (2) years post-licensure experience and ability to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates preferred.

How you will make a difference:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and effectiveness of mental health programs, ensuring services meet the needs of clients and the community. Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff while promoting a collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered environment. Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, monitors program quality and outcomes, and implements continuous improvement initiatives. Builds partnerships with community stakeholders, supervises assigned leadership staff, oversees client support fund allocations, participates in treatment planning as needed, and coordinates all-staff meetings.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Population Served: Serves clients (ages 16-24).

  • Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle.

  • Clinical Services: Individual and family Counseling.

  • Skills & Services: Medication management, Housing, Education, and Vocational Support services.
