Our teams are united by a commitment to quality, integrity, and doing the right thing. We’re not just building structures—we’re building careers, relationships, and a legacy that lasts.

What You’ll Build

Lead large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Ensure compliance with Owner Contracts, company policies, and all OSHA, EPA, ODH, and site-specific safety requirements.

Support business development efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support successful project and company outcomes.

QualificationsWhat You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience managing large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Strong knowledge of construction practices, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.

Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction management software.

Fit to Work / OSHA 30 certification.
