About this role

Job DetailsJob Location: Trade31 - Cincinnati, OH 45206BUILDER WANTED. Project Engineer II

Not just a Project Engineer II. A Builder.

You build relationships. You build momentum. You build confidence from the first budget through final delivery. Most importantly, you take ownership—of the details, the decisions, and the results that turn opportunities into successful projects.

At Trade31, we’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys solving problems, bringing people together, and seeing a project through from start to finish. You’ll work across estimating, planning, execution, and closeout while building strong relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and field teams along the way.

A Legacy of Building Careers

At Trade31, we’re proud to carry forward a legacy of quality craftsmanship and integrity.

For us, exceptional work starts with exceptional people who share our values and our commitment to excellence. We know our employees are more than professionals—they’re individuals with families, passions, and full lives outside of work. That’s why we emphasize balance, supporting both professional success and personal fulfillment.

Our culture is built on celebrating victories together, encouraging growth, and leaving a lasting impact on our clients and communities. At Trade31, we’re not just constructing buildings—we’re building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

The Bottom Line

This role is for someone who wants more than a piece of the project. You’ll take ownership from pursuit through closeout, connect the office and field, build relationships that lead to future opportunities, and help ensure every project delivers for the client and Trade31.

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage tasks. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, builds trust, solves problems, and sees the job through. If that sounds like you, let’s build something great together.
