JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all OSHA, company, and jobsite safety policies and procedures
Wear required PPE at all times and maintain issued safety equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Report safety concerns, incidents, and near misses immediately
Perform physical labor tasks related to assigned projects
Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing materials
Load and unload materials and trucks safely and efficiently
Follow directions and quality standards set by project leads
Ensure proper labeling and handling of materials and parts
Package and transport materials to prevent damage
Complete daily and weekly housekeeping tasks
Use time effectively and seek direction when tasks are complete
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ask for help when needed
Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Commitment to following safety standards and procedures
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
Basic problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
Dependable transportation to and from work
Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required
