We're looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Reps to join our Parker team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a busy office.
Pay, Compensation, and Schedule:
- $19.30 per hour base pay + commission opportunities
- Training will blend classroom learning with hands-on phone training.
- M - F schedule
- 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and help schedule services
- Help customers with questions, concerns, and service needs
- Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize value
- Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics
- Engaged, present, and performance-driven
- Handle general office and administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
You don't need years of experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Reliable and dependable
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Professional but personable
- Previous customer service, call center, restaurant, or office experience is a plus
