Are you a compassionate nurse who wants your work to truly matter? Saint Joe’s is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team. This unique hybrid position allows you to provide person-centered care in both our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and Blue Ash Day Program, helping individuals thrive in supportive residential and community settings.

Position Schedule & Locations
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
- 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Blue Ash Day Program
- 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
In this hybrid role, you will provide nursing oversight, medication administration, health monitoring, and individualized support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
✅ What You Need
- Current Ohio RN or LPN license
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple service locations
- Trach/vent experience preferred (not required, we'll train you)
- A genuine passion for compassionate, person-centered care
