Schedule: Full-Time | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Tuesday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Every Other Weekend On-Call

⭐ What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in a residential setting
- Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers
- Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time
- Delegate tasks and maintain smooth operations during your shift
- Support residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
- Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies
- Promote a safe, supportive, and home-like environment
✅ What You Bring
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points) and proof of insurance
- Willingness to drive agency vehicles
- Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
- CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
