QualificationsWhat You’ll Be Doing
Assist physical therapists with designated aspects of patient care and serving our patients to ensure safety, successful execution of exercise, and a positive outcome
Instruct, motivate, and assist patients to learn and improve functional activities such as perambulation, transfer, ambulation, and daily-living activities.
Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients practicing exercises and functional activities under direction of professional staff. Will be required to demonstrate correct activity form or function.
Observe the patient during various physical activities designed in the treatment plan, compiling progress on patients’ response to treatment.
Effectively communicate patient progress and reactions to treatment to the therapist.

What You Bring to the Role
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 18 years of age or older
Majoring in Kinesiology/Biology/Exercise Science (preferred)
Prior experience or knowledge as a physical therapy technician
