Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join our exceptional Intensive Care Unit (ITU) team on a part-time basis, working 34.5 hours per week. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

As part of our dedicated ITU team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care, working alongside experienced multidisciplinary professionals in a hospital committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient outcomes. Duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a critical care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for complex patient caseloads.
• Use specialist clinical equipment and monitoring technology.
• Promote best practice and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Support colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development.

Who we're looking for:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with recent critical care/ITU experience.
• 1-2 years Post-registration Critical Care qualification.
• Demonstrated critical care competencies.
• Current ALS, PILS, or ILS certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to professional development and accountable practice.
