Bank Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse | Wards | Spire Little Aston | Sutton Coldfield | Bank | Ad-Hoc Shifts 

Spire Little Aston Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ward team on a bank basis.

You’ll support patients undergoing a range of elective surgical procedures, including orthopaedics, general surgery, urology and gynaecology, within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The Role

• Assess patient health and wellbeing across a varied caseload
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
• Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Support service delivery and continuous improvement
• Promote best practice in safety and clinical standards

What We’re Looking For

• NMC registered Nurse (Adult)
• Experience within a surgical/acute hospital setting
• Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Committed to CPD and developing clinical skills
• Flexible to work ad-hoc shifts including days, nights and weekends
