YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration, Management, and Optimization of HRIS
- Administer, manage, and configure Dayforce system modules;
- Create and maintain positions, organizational structures, and workflow rules;
- Configure and support periodic HR cycles, ensuring data quality and consistency;
- Perform testing and validation during updates or deployments to guarantee system stability;
- Design, update, and automate HR and payroll reports;
- Serve as a key resource and provide first-level user support.
Payroll Operations Support
- Process new hires in Dayforce;
- Support day-to-day payroll operations to ensure the accuracy of rates and data;
- Create and maintain the system configurations required to support payroll processing and year-end activities;
- Contribute to the analysis and resolution of payroll-related issues;
- Support the team during major payroll processes (vacation rollover, benefits changes, mass adjustments, etc.).
LMS Management: SPI Academy
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its effective operation;
- Support users with training access, navigation, and completion tracking;
- Assist with entering training certificates and training hours into the LMS to ensure traceability and compliance with the 1% training law.
Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Understand HR business issues and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Analyze, optimize and document HR and payroll processes to identify efficiency gains;
- Translate operational and functional needs into technical specifications for IT;
- Lead continuous improvement projects while monitoring industry best practices.
SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Employee satisfaction rate;
- Provide relevant documentation related to new configurations or changes;
- Respond to support requests;
- Number of successful maintenance operations;
- Number of successful maintenance activities completed;
- Delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives on time and in accordance with; established objectives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human resources, Management Systems, IT, or related field;
- Interest in HRIS systems and HR technologies (Dayforce experience is an asset);
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (functions, tables, and data analysis);
- Self-motivated with the ability to proactively research, analyze, and identify solutions;
- Ability to understand and analyze business processes;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy;
- Ability to simplify complex information and support users effectively;
- Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization;
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
