Compensation & Schedule
We value experience, reliability, and the critical role maintenance plays in our operation.
- Starting Wage: $31.00/hour
- Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.30/hour
- Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
- Shift Times:
- Days: 4:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Nights: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will keep plant operations running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and production systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems with support from experienced team members
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
- Use hand tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic tools to complete repairs
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Production teams to reduce downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable problem-solvers who take ownership of their work and want to grow their technical skills in a real industrial setting.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of mechanical experience or related background
- Basic experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
- Strong attendance, reliability, and time management
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience
- Background in recycling, foundry, aggregate, mining, or similar environments
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
