Overview

Experienced Dental Receptionist - Missoula Endo and Perio 

 

We are seeking a friendly, professional, highly organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping ensure the front office operates smoothly and efficiently each day.

Previous dental front office experience is required.

 

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Friday 6:45am-3:30pm

Our integrative Endodontic and Periodontic practice provides specialized care focused on the health, function, and longevity of our patients’ teeth, gums, and supporting structures—all under one roof.

By combining expert root canal therapy, periodontal care, dental implants, and advanced surgical treatment, our team is able to provide comprehensive and coordinated care with an emphasis on exceptional service, clinical excellence, and patient convenience.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

    • Answering phones confidently and professionally
    • Greeting patients warmly and enthusiastically
    • Providing exceptional customer service
    • Assisting with scheduling and front-office responsibilities
    • Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and team members
    • Maintaining an organized and efficient front office
    • Using knowledge of dental terminology and tooth numbering systems in daily responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable, motivated team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ year of dental front office experience required
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and tooth numbering systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check

The salary range for this role is $19-$28 per hour.
