Position Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator position is responsible for supporting, managing, and enhancing procurement, distribution, and inventory management activities across all restaurant locations. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure consistent product availability, cost optimization, and supply continuity. The position also contributes to strategic initiatives, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain function.
Essential Job Functions:
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Coordinate purchasing activities for food, beverage, packaging, and operating supplies across multiple restaurant locations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with approved distributors and suppliers
- Support contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and sourcing initiatives
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve service or quality issues
Inventory & Distribution Oversight:
- Monitor inventory levels and trends to minimize shortages and excess inventory
- Lead coordination for menu rollouts, LTOs, and seasonal transitions
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution to all restaurant locations
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions
Data Analysis & Cost Management:
- Analyze purchasing data, cost trends, and identify savings opportunities
- Support food cost management and margin improvement initiatives
- Maintain pricing files, item master data, and reporting tools
- Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting processes
Operations Partnership:
- Act as a primary point of contact for restaurant operators on supply-related matters
- Communicate product updates, substitutions, and supply risks proactively
- Support training on ordering processes and inventory best practices
Systems & Continuous Improvement:
- Utilize supply chain and inventory systems (e.g., Crunchtime, ERP tools)
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives
- Participate in system implementations and enhancements
- Conduct audits and support compliance requirements
Leadership & Project Support:
- Manage small to mid-sized projects impacting supply chain performance
- Exercise independent judgment in decision-making and problem resolution

Minimum Requirements
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (Crunchtime, FOH Ordering of product and/or BOH experience of ordering product in a Kitchen Coach/Sous Chef or similar type role)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
