WHAT YOU BRING

Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Positive, competitive, goal-driven mindset
Confidence working directly with homeowners
Coachable attitude and desire to grow
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional bending/kneeling
Reliable, professional, and team-focused
