$85,000–$150,000+ annually
Top performers regularly earn well into six figures.

🔧 What You'll Do
Every day you'll have the opportunity to solve problems, build trust, and improve customers' homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements
- Educate homeowners on their options
- Present repair and replacement solutions with confidence
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
- Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and job notes
- Maintain your truck, tools, and equipment
- Represent Soo Hipp Plumbing professionally on every call

✔ Has at least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
✔ Can confidently diagnose plumbing problems
✔ Enjoys talking with homeowners
✔ Can explain solutions without pressure or gimmicks
✔ Takes pride in quality workmanship
✔ Is dependable, honest, and coachable
✔ Wants to grow personally and professionally
✔ Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
