We are currently looking for a new member for the Departments | Recruitment team to join us in the position of Performance and Compensation Specialist.

Working Place: 1. Locations | Recruitment

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance, HR Analytics, People Analytics, Reward, or similar analytical roles;
- Degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Advanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis and digital tools;
- Ability to work accurately with large volumes of data and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data in a clear and understandable way;
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities autonomously;
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
- Experience in international or fast-paced environments is a plus.


Responsibilities:


  • - Support the execution and continuous improvement of Performance & Compensation processes and policies;
    - Analyze compensation, performance, and HR data to support decision-making and identify relevant trends and insights;
    - Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses to monitor HR metrics and business needs;
    - Participate in performance review cycles, salary review processes, and bonus administration activities;
    - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across HR systems and reporting tools;
    - Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support fair and competitive reward practices;
    - Work with large datasets, identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement;
    - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven support;
    - Prepare clear and structured presentations and materials for different audiences;
    - Contribute to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
