About this role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in San Francisco. We are seeking an ambitious and talented engineer who can take ownership of major parts of our product, shape our technical decisions, and mentor teammates. This is a critical hire to help us scale our product and engineering team as we grow.

What will you be doing?

Lead the development of advanced prompt engineering and retrieval pipelines to handle thousands of customer conversations daily.

Architect and build real-time, interactive multimodal training simulations using technologies like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Vapi.

Drive the creation of high-performance, intuitive user experiences using Next.js.

Make critical decisions about architecture, tooling, and product direction.

Mentor and coach other engineers, helping to scale up the team's capabilities.
