Senior Software Engineer
About this role
At Solidroad, we’re building an AI-powered training and QA platform for customer-facing teams at companies like Meta. As a core engineer on our small, fast-moving team, you’ll own major parts of the product and help drive critical technical decisions across the stack. This is a high-impact, full-stack role where you’ll work directly with design, customers, and leadership to take features from idea to production. From architecting real-time, multimodal simulations in chat, voice, and video to building advanced AI prompt and retrieval pipelines, your work will shape how large teams learn, improve, and scale.
You’ll also lead the development of intuitive, high-performance interfaces with tools like Next.js, Supabase, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. Whether building training simulations or driving architecture decisions for customer conversation scoring, your contributions will be both technically challenging and deeply rewarding. The pace is fast, the scope is wide, and the team is deeply collaborative. If you want to build cutting-edge AI experiences and see your work in action every day, this role offers an opportunity to do that with speed, autonomy, and ownership.
