About this role
We are looking for a Head of Sales with 5-7+ years of experience to build SnapMagic's first scalable outbound sales engine from the ground up. You'll be a player-coach who personally runs discovery calls, prospecting, and closes while simultaneously building the playbooks and processes that will define our go-to-market motion. SnapMagic is at $3.5M ARR with proven product-market fit, a well-defined ICP, and enterprise clients — we just need the right sales leader to take us from 7 to 8 figures. This is a rare opportunity to own the entire go-to-market function at a seed-stage company selling into a $1.3 trillion market, with the budget and mandate to build your team once the motion is proven.
What will you be doing?
Personally running high-volume outbound prospecting, discovery calls, pricing negotiations, and closing deals — you are the sales team initially
Building the repeatable sales playbook (messaging, objection handling, process) so that when AEs and SDRs are hired, they know exactly what works
Selling to marketing, digital, and commercial leaders at enterprise electronics manufacturers and distributors (not technical buyers)
Owning revenue targets (~$575K net new this quarter) and maintaining operational discipline with full pipeline transparency in HubSpot
Hiring and leading your first AE by end of quarter, scaling to a small team by year-end once the motion is proven
