About this role

We are looking for a Head of Customer Success with 5+ years of experience to build and own the entire post-sales function at SnapMagic from the ground up. You'll be a player-coach who personally manages enterprise customer relationships, drives renewals and expansion revenue, and handles technical support — all while building the playbooks, processes, and AI-powered systems that will scale the function as the company grows. This is a rare opportunity to join a seed-stage company with proven product-market fit, 1.5M+ engineers on the platform, and long-standing enterprise customers who trust SnapMagic as a strategic partner. You'll work directly with the founders and have one of the largest spheres of influence at the company.

What will you be doing?

Owning the full end-to-end customer journey — onboarding, relationship management, QBRs, renewals, and expansion/upsell across enterprise accounts

Handling customer support tickets and driving resolution, including building AI agents to triage and automate repetitive tasks

Building the Customer Success function from scratch — creating playbooks, health scoring systems, and scalable processes where none exist today

Driving commercial growth through upselling and account expansion while maintaining trusted, consultative customer partnerships

Identifying where the function needs to grow (e.g., technical account managers, forward-deployed engineers) and eventually hiring and leading that team
