Job Title: Dental Assistant (DA I / DA II)
Location: Asheville, NC
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on years of experience and DA II certifications)

What You’ll Do
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection control.
Assist chairside during a variety of procedures (restorative, crown/bridge, exams).
Take and process clear diagnostic X-rays.
Welcome patients with a warm smile, manage charting, and ensure a smooth daily flow.
Partner with our wonderful dentist and front desk to give every patient a 5-star experience.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent and DA school certification.
NC Dental Radiology Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly).
DA II status is a big plus, but we are also open to mentoring the right DA I or eager personality with great hands-on potential!
Positive, upbeat energy and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

Skills & Attributes
Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control procedures
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a clinical setting
Proficiency with dental office software and scheduling systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and team members
Organized, detail oriented, and dependable
Thrives in a busy, team-focused environment
Additional certifications such as N2O administration a plus
Bilingual abilities a plus
Requirements
