We are currently looking to hire a self-driven Credentialing Specialist located in our Farmington Hills, MI office. This person will be responsible for supporting our credentialing department.

Credentialing Specialist Qualifications:
- Database Management
- Collecting Information from Colleagues and Securing it within the database
- Ensuring Accuracy & Completeness Inside Database
- Reaching out to partner Organizations to Collect Information for Database
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Navigating Complex Phone systems of Government bureaucracies to obtain live agents
- Communicate Complicated Ideas through Email
- Explain Oneself Through Email to Groups of Colleagues and Partners
- Phone Communication with New Professionals Joining the Team
- Ability to Roam Outside of One’s Comfort Zone to Obtain Information from both Inside and Outside the Organization
- General Administrative skills: Mailings, logistics, and organizing files
- Identifying Department Priorities and Executing Most Pressing Concerns
