Location: Slingshot Distribution Center | Marion, Indiana

General Job Description: Responsible for performing QA checks for the Adoption Support Agent team. This includes maintaining course material catalogs for assigned accounts, communicating both internally and externally to problem-solve, and assisting Adoption Support Agents by completing various QA checks in a timely manner.

Duties/Responsibilities

Monitor various QA checks such as Urgent Status Check, Proposed Title Check, Autocompleting Check, Print Only / Ebooks Check, Override Listings Check, ASA TR Queue Check, and work with internal teams to notify them of action they need to take and follow up to ensure it is taken.
Monitor various collaborative google docs with other departments to ensure ASAs are taking action they need to be taking in a timely manner. Google docs include Unsourceables, Vouchers doc, Premium “Choice” Adoptions.
Communicate with Adoption Support Agent Team and other various internal teams as needed on checks to identify potential problems and direct solution paths (list price adjustments, adoption assumptions to be made, etc.)
Ensure ASAs are completing work in a timely manner and escalating to ASA manager when necessary
Maintain a partial (approx. half) load of Adoption Support Agent accounts
Assist or cover ASA Team Lead (Support Focus) as needed
Complete special projects or requests from manager or director
Meet weekly with Adoption Support Agent Manager to discuss upcoming strategies, review progress of past week, and problem-solve obstacles of specific tasks.

Skills/qualifications required

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and generate alternative solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Must be able to work well within a team atmosphere
Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Must be proficient in moderate level computer skills, with a working knowledge of MSOffice and Google Suite (experience in or ability to quickly learn how to manage spreadsheets)
Ability to multitask, assess priorities, give precise attention to detail, and manage competing deadlines
