Sr. Program Manager

The Sr. Program Manager is accountable for the success of SkyWater customer programs by managing from a high-level view, strategically guiding resources, enforcing processes to ensure efficient progress towards program objectives, owning entire end-to-end life cycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Program Leadership – lead the program team to overcome challenges, ensuring program aligns with company strategic goals and provide structure
• Customer Relationship Management – act as liaison between the customer(s) and SkyWater; responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships; holding both parties responsible and driving program objectives
• Program Planning – oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of programs; manage interdependencies between projects; manage escalations and change of scope requests
• Program Execution – accountable for all program requirements, executing to program milestones
• Program Governance – create program framework and processes to drive program milestones; ensure collaboration and communication between teams (internal/external); ensure program aspects and team members follow all internal/external process requirements
• Program Financial Management – manage program budget including vendor management, forecast program revenue, support program scope changes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline  

• 5+ years program management experience
• Expert organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• US Citizen OR US Person

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical experience in semiconductor industry
• Current, active security clearance
• PMP certification

The annual salary range for this role is $134,080-$167,600.  Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
