About this role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with 1+ years of experience to join our team and build pipeline for an a16z Speedrun-backed startup transforming revenue retention for consumer subscription brands. You'll sit under our Head of Sales who has deep experience managing and developing BDRs — many of whom have gone on to lead sales at other companies. This is not a plug-and-play role; you'll help architect the outbound motion from the ground up while driving net-new opportunities. We're looking for someone scrappy, persistent, and eager to grow into an AE role as the company scales.

What will you be doing?

Conducting omnichannel cold outreach (cold calling, emailing) to generate net-new introductory sales meetings

Helping structure and refine the outbound sales playbook alongside the Head of Sales — defining who to go after, why, and how

Researching prospective companies to identify pain points and craft personalized pitches

Collaborating closely with the account executive to build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline

Meeting and exceeding weekly activity KPIs with a path to growing into a closing role
