To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our production team in Berlin and help scale the manufacturing of groundbreaking printed electronic products.


Tasks



  • Prepare, set up, and operate industrial inkjet printing systems

  • Execute production orders according to quality and process specifications

  • Monitor print quality and perform in-process quality control checks

  • Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues to minimize downtime

  • Perform machine maintenance, calibration, and routine servicing

  • Support production planning and continuous process improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams


Requirements



  • Ideally 2+ years of experience operating industrial inkjet printing systems

  • Experience with Konica Minolta (KM) printheads is highly desirable

  • Experience in printed electronics, organic electronics, or advanced manufacturing is a strong advantage

  • Completed vocational training as a Media Technologist (Digital Printing), Print Technician, Process Technician, or a comparable qualification

  • Practical understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, and quality control methods

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style

  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

  • Good organizational and time-management skills
