To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our production team in Berlin and help scale the manufacturing of groundbreaking printed electronic products.
Tasks
- Prepare, set up, and operate industrial inkjet printing systems
- Execute production orders according to quality and process specifications
- Monitor print quality and perform in-process quality control checks
- Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Perform machine maintenance, calibration, and routine servicing
- Support production planning and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams
Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years of experience operating industrial inkjet printing systems
- Experience with Konica Minolta (KM) printheads is highly desirable
- Experience in printed electronics, organic electronics, or advanced manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Completed vocational training as a Media Technologist (Digital Printing), Print Technician, Process Technician, or a comparable qualification
- Practical understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, and quality control methods
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
