Job Title: CNC Operator (G-Code Programming Knowledge Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC shot peening machines
- Ability to read and understand G-code programs
- Perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor machine performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator with G-code programming capability
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Perform repetitive tasks and safely operate machinery
Work Schedule:
- This position will train on first, but ultimately be a second shift position
- Flexibility to work second shift, overtime, or weekends as required
