Revenue Operations Manager II
About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams for sales, legal, and collections-related Dealdesk activities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for collections, legal cases, outstanding payments, and operational performance.
- Track customer payment follow-ups and update collection status reports regularly.
- Support the operations team with documentation, data management, and process coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational and collection metrics.
- Maintain records of customer communications, legal documentation, and collection updates.
- Help streamline operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights for management review.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Operations/ Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in handling Sales Operations process.
- Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior exposure to Deal Desk, sales operations, collections, billing, or legal coordination is strongly preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
