The Project Manager provides day-to-day direction to assigned project team members, coordinating their work and priorities directly rather than routing routine delivery decisions through the department head. Formal people-management responsibilities remain with each team member’s line manager.
Key Responsibilities

· Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, and success measures.
· Work directly with assigned team members to plan and implement solutions, assign and prioritize project activities, clarify expected outcomes, and follow up on delivery.

· Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and decision records.
· Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Information Security, vendors, and other stakeholders.
· Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and process-improvement initiatives.
· Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
· Monitor project dependencies and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
· Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, implementation readiness, and post-launch support.
· Partner with business teams on communications, training, and user adoption.
· Help ensure projects follow applicable security, privacy, compliance, and project-governance requirements.
· Manage vendor activities and project budgets where applicable.
· Contribute to improvements in project-management tools, templates, and practices.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Approximately five years of project-management experience, preferably involving business or enterprise technology projects.
· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and providing day-to-day direction to project team members.
· Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
· Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both business and technical teams.
· Working knowledge of standard project-management methods and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM or another enterprise HR system.
· Familiarity with HR processes such as core HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, performance, or learning.
· Experience with system implementations, integrations, upgrades, data migration, or user-acceptance testing.
· Experience working with external technology or implementation partners.
· Knowledge of Jira for project planning, work tracking, reporting, and team collaboration.
