Implementation Analyst III

Role Summary
The Implementation Analyst III role is responsible for managing customer-facing technical engagements, understanding business requirements, and coordinating solution implementation across low-code and custom application environments.
This role acts as a bridge between customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of business solutions aligned with customer expectations and platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong mix of:
- Client communication and stakeholder management
- Requirement gathering and solution coordination
- Technical understanding of application development and integrations
- Ability to work closely with development teams on execution priorities
Key Responsibilities
Customer Requirement Management
- Interact with customers to understand business requirements and implementation expectations
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution discussions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical implementation inputs for delivery teams
Solution Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with application development teams for timely implementation of customer requirements
- Track project activities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Ensure customer priorities are aligned with execution plans
Technical Consultation
- Provide functional and technical guidance during implementation discussions
- Understand integration requirements, APIs, workflows, and system dependencies
- Work with teams developing solutions using low-code platforms, React, Node.js, Python, and related technologies
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point for customer interactions during implementation phases
- Provide project updates, implementation status, and issue resolution support
- Manage customer expectations and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
Testing & Solution Validation
- Coordinate solution validation and UAT activities with customers
- Ensure implemented solutions meet agreed business requirements
Process Improvement & Adoption
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer onboarding experience
- Support adoption of AI-assisted workflows and automation approaches where applicable
Required Qualifications
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
Experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in implementation, application delivery, technical consulting, or customer-facing technology roles
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong customer communication and requirement gathering skills
- Good understanding of application development lifecycle and implementation processes
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n and Node-RED
- Working knowledge of React, Node.js, APIs, MySQL, and system integrations
- Ability to understand technical discussions and coordinate with engineering teams
- Strong business understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer-facing technical discussions and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI tools, automation workflows, or Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain
- Experience working in product-based or SaaS implementation environments
- Understanding of workflow automation and enterprise integrations
